Up to 100 ship calls per year

A new checkpoint (CP) across the state border will begin operating in the Olya seaport for the reception of container and general cargo, oil and grain. According to the conclusion of the interdepartmental commission, it meets all the requirements of border, customs and other types of control.
As part of the first stage, two updated berths will start operating on the site of OOO Port and Logistics Complex Kaspiy, located on the territory of the 8th and 9th berths of the Olya seaport.
The throughput capacity of the new CP is up to 100 ship calls and more than 300 thousand tons per year.

 Opening the Caspian Sea Gates

It is planned to equip terminal capacities for 3 million tons, install the necessary loading and unloading equipment, automobile and railway checkpoints in the Olya port. It is also planned to develop container transportation. At the first stage, the actual transshipment of oilseeds and fat-and-oil products should reach 1.5 million tons per year, thanks to the inclusion of consumers in the Indian Ocean basin in the logistics schemes.
The second stage is the construction of a new port in the Zaburunny ilmen area. It will consist of six terminals with modern high-performance lifting and transport complexes. By 2030, the actual transshipment will reach 6 million tons per year.

Multimodal hub

The location of the harbor allows for year-round transshipment of goods with access to river, sea, automobile routes and railways. To develop the port as part of the expansion of the North-South International Transport Corridor, it is possible to attract higher-level investors – from VTB Bank to Rostec.
